Research

The research of the unit concentrates on three main thematic areas: Teacher Professionalism and Teacher Education from a Comparative Perspective and in the Context of Migration, Internationalisation in Schools, Networks and Regional Educational Landscapes, and Diversity Education (in particular international comparisons and transformative educational processes in transitions). We also are also part of the research group at “Education as Transformation” (BiTra) at the Faculty of Humanities, Social Sciences, and Theology.
